Title: Hotel Guest Services Agent

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Agent to join our team in Winnipeg. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with any requests or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in/check-out processes
– Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from guests
– Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
– Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
– Process payments, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare daily reports
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
