We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Wealth Projects COE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for projects related to Corporate Actions or Money Management solutions and should have previous experience as a Project Manager.
Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue. Responsibilities include coordinating the design and production of marketing materials, managing social media accounts, analyzing marketing data, and organizing events and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
– Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance
– Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue
– Analyze marketing data and trends to optimize marketing strategies
– Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and attendee management
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals
– Monitor marketing budget and expenses

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related role
– Strong organizational and project management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus

This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Canada. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and motivated to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
