Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
– Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
