Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and through email inquiries.

Responsibilities:
– Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information as well as troubleshooting assistance
– Issuing refunds or exchanges as necessary
– Updating customer account information and maintaining accurate records
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Following up with customers to ensure resolution of any problems

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a team environment
