The position is within the Technology department, reporting to the Product Manager of Sustainability Technology. The location is a hybrid setup in North Vancouver. Responsibilities include collaborating with system vendors, managing change, and overseeing project plans and communication.
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks in an office setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing office files
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Assisting with office billing and invoicing
– Ordering and maintaining office supplies
– Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an office setting preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
