Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $16-18 per hour
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto. This role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process orders accurately and efficiently
