A company in Peterborough, Ontario is seeking a TDS Manager for their CANDU® nuclear power industry. The role involves managing the delivery system for nuclear medical isotope targets. The company is looking for a candidate to join their team in Peterborough.
Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems
– Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes of problems
– Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently
– Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
– Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
– Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions
– Assist with general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
– Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
