Job Description:

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Burnaby, BC. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, staff management, inventory management, and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory management, and sales
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
– Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
– Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
