Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
– Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills
