Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham, ON
Salary: $15 – $18 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Markham, ON. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
– Assisting customers with placing orders and processing returns
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
