Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in management tasks such as store operations, customer service, sales, staff management, inventory control, and administrative duties. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring store targets are met, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service, and motivating the team to achieve success.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in daily operations of the store
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
– Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Supervise and train store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
– Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and promotions
– Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment

Qualifications:
