Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $18.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
– Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Processing orders and updating customer information in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
