Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-time, Contract
Our client, a well-established IT consulting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, assisting with general office duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Managing office supplies inventory
– Organizing and scheduling meetings
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Filing and maintaining office records
– Assist with travel arrangements
– Data entry and document preparation
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
