The Leasing & Marketing Manager oversees onsite leasing and marketing functions, trains staff, and directs sales efforts for the community. The salary range for this position is 55-60k.
Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee all marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
– Manage all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, and public relations
– Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
