Position: Real Estate Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to real estate agents
– Manage schedules, appointments, and emails
– Coordinate showings and open houses
– Create marketing materials and listings
– Assist with client communications and follow-ups
– Complete paperwork and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
– Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
