Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving results. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for setting clear objectives, managing performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of employees to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals
– Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and drive results
– Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members
– Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members
– Monitor team performance and take corrective action as needed
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
– Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to motivate and inspire team members
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
