Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. The main responsibilities of this role include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders, and providing general support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and provide updates on order status
– Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed
– Identify and escalate priority issues to management
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented and organized
