Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Tower Electrical

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with specialized experience in Tower Electrical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tower electrical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and manage the execution of tower electrical projects from start to finish
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
– Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
– Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management
– Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
– Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
– Mentor and coach junior project management staff as required

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience managing tower electrical projects
– Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
– Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– PMP certification is an asset
