The Lead Project Controller position is available in North Bay or Sudbury, ON with a hybrid work schedule. The job is full-time and permanent, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role allows for remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
– Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
