The Manager, Port Operations – Eastern Passage is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the Terminal and assisting the General Manager in running the facility effectively. This role requires 24/7 availability and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of all facets of the terminal. Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Coordinate employee training and development programs
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
– Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
– Oversee payroll and benefits administration
– Stay current on HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
