Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading marketing agency, is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client communications
– Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional results for clients
– Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to drive customer satisfaction and retention
– Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget
– Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
– Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project management tools
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
