The S&T Business Management Office is seeking a new Project Leader who will report to the Director. The Project Leader will be responsible for planning and delivering projects within the science and technology business sector.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Assist in developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– At least 2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with CRM systems is a plus
