The Test Manager in Eastern Canada is responsible for overseeing all testing activities for a specific project. They work closely with the Signal Design Office to define cutover strategies and project phasing plans.

Role: Document Control Technician
Location: Toronto, Canada
Duration: 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities
– Responsible for maintaining design records, handling change requests, and releasing of new and revised part drawings.
– Maintaining the integrity of all engineering related data within the organization’s configuration management system.
– Ensuring that all documents are properly labeled, stored, filed, and maintained.
– Participating in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance document control functions.
– Maintaining and updating paper and electronic files, document control database, and project management systems.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in a document control role within a technical environment.
– Solid understanding and experience with document control processes and procedures.
– Working knowledge of document control software and systems.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
