Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing transactions accurately.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
– Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
– Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail experience preferred
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills and attention to detail
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
