Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Job Description:

Our client, a renowned financial services firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and executives within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
– Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents
– Coordinating meetings and conferences, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials
– Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
– Assisting with special projects or events as needed
– Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
– Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
– Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
