The Marketing Department at Cape Breton University is seeking a full-time Content Specialist for a limited term lasting approximately 1 year. The specialist will be responsible for enhancing CBU’s brand and reputation through digital storytelling.
Job Description
Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Maintain filing systems and databases
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Provide general administrative support to team members
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
