The Park Appearance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing landscaping, custodial, and other maintenance tasks in the park. They also serve as Manager of the Day for the Facilities and Grounds Team when the assistant Manager and Manager are unavailable.

Description:

ABC Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee training and development, performance evaluation, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
– Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance reviews
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
– Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Assist with employee training and development programs
– Handle employee inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
