The Project Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sustainability and Conservation and will be responsible for overseeing the CAPREIT portfolio as well as fulfilling the requirements of the Energy Conservation and Demand program.
Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This includes overseeing staffing, budgeting, quality control, inventory management, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations
– Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity
– Monitor and maintain quality control standards
– Manage and oversee budgets and expenses
– Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients
– Evaluate and improve operational systems and processes
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years of experience in operations management
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
