Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing communications
– Provide administrative support to team members, including drafting documents, maintaining files, and updating records
– Assist with event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and ensuring all details are in place
– Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, answering inquiries and providing information as needed
– Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, updating timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Knowledge of project management principles is an asset
