Job Description

Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at a dental clinic in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
– Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
– Prepare and maintain patient records
– Assist with billing and payment processing
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a dental office
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency with dental software (knowledge of Dentrix is a plus)
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent customer service skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
