Job Description

Assistant Manager – Licensing

Location: Ottawa, ON

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to provide licensing support to our fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of all licensing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the implementation and maintenance of licensing processes
– Manage the intake and processing of licensing applications
– Coordinate communication with stakeholders regarding licensing requirements and updates
– Conduct audits to ensure compliance with licensing regulations
– Assist in the development and implementation of licensing training programs
– Manage licensing database and ensure accuracy of information
– Support the licensing team in various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a licensing role
– Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing processes
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
