Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $17 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing orders, updating customer records, and providing support to the sales team. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and update customer records accurately
– Provide support to the sales team as needed
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
