Front Desk Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at a busy hotel in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling phone calls and reservations, and ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests as they arrive and depart
– Check guests in and out of the hotel
– Handle phone calls and reservations
– Provide guests with information about the hotel and local attractions
– Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
– Assist with any guest requests or issues

Qualifications:
