Position: Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance
