The Generation hub on the Global Digital Marketing team is responsible for assessing products, services, and digital marketing campaigns to implement strategies and manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report results.
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal, QC
Salary: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
