Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer service-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
– Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
