Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and processing orders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Processing and tracking customer orders
– Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Handling product and pricing inquiries
– Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions
