We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The chosen candidate will also assist in maintaining customer records and data entry.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Process customer orders and payments accurately
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
