The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager or Service Owner to ensure a seamless adoption of changes and to effectively address any potential risks. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of change management and communication for IT projects from start to finish.
Job description:

An established company in the landscaping industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

– Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, and mowing
– Operate landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
– Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
– Maintain landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
– Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
