A company in Brampton is seeking an experienced Manager with Workday expertise to join their team. The Manager will be responsible for advising on strategies and competency assessments to help create a finance workforce of the future. Project management experience is also required for this role.
Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Salary: $20-$22 per hour
Job Description:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
– Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues or complaints
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Following company policies and procedures
– Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and objectives
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
