Job Description:

– Manage and grow a book of commercial accounts, focusing on the technology and telecommunications needs of small and medium sized businesses
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the accounts
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
– Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to meet customer needs
– Stay current with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide value to customers
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
– Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions and progress
– Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential and existing customers
– Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and solutions to their technology and telecommunications challenges

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of commercial sales experience, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
