Position: Customer Service Representatives

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Salary: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information on products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and ensuring accuracy of information
