Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Concord, ON

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 per year

Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the Fabric and Industrial Distribution industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem solve effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
– Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
– Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Knowledge of Fabric or Industrial Distribution is an asset
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
