Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Job Description:

A well-established and rapidly growing restaurant in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
– Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
– Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
