Assistant Store Manager

Position Description:
An Assistant Store Manager contributes to company’s success by supporting the Store Manager in executing store operations and providing exceptional customer service. This role includes assisting in managing daily activities, supervising employees, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring the store is operating efficiently. The Assistant Store Manager must assist in achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and monitoring the overall store performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
– Supervise and provide guidance to store employees
– Help create and implement merchandising strategies
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
– Assist in achieving sales goals through various strategies
– Manage inventory levels and identify areas for improvement
– Support customer service initiatives and resolve customer issues
– Monitor store performance and provide feedback to the Store Manager

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Previous retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
