Position: Program Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Program Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will support the program management team in the coordination and administration of various programs and initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the program management team
– Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging transportation
– Assist with the development and implementation of program materials and resources
– Manage program documentation and maintain accurate records
– Support program evaluation and reporting activities
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Post-secondary education in a relevant field
– Previous experience in program support or administration is an asset
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
