MMP is now looking to fill an exciting opening for a self-motivated, highly detail-oriented File Clerk. This role will work closely with our legal team and be responsible for ensuring that all legal files are maintained accurately and up to date. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain and organize legal files in an accurate and efficient manner
– Assist legal team with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Ensure all files are up to date and easily accessible
– Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
