Position: IT Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

Our company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed
– Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks
– Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
