Job Description:
Our company is seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our office staff and ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to senior executives and staff
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
