Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so excellent customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Accept and distribute mail and packages
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Schedule appointments and meetings for staff

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
